What Is ZAN?
Zoho Assistance Network is an online community of Zoho partners, Zoho consultants, enthusiasts and end users to provide a place where people can ask questions about using Zoho, collaborate with others on projects or just get ideas. It's like a thinktank that helps you utilize the entire Zoho ecosystem.
Think of ZAN as a way to augment Zoho support and to bounce ideas off of other people who know Zoho back to front.
We are not focused on any single Zoho product, but all of them. There is no solicitation allowed so it's a safe space for you to broaden your Zoho usage.
Not A Forum
ZAN isn't an online forum, it's an interactive discussion. You can chat in real-time with people that can help, not post something and wait hours, days or years for an answer.
There are great resources online for help, but none are real time chat systems with the ability to share screens or voice chat with help.
What About Paid Partners?
Partners and consultants obviously charge handsomely for their time, but even partners need help sometimes, which is why we have a dedicated partner only channel for questions and collaboration.
Our terms forbid anyone soliciting business from someone else on ZAN, but end users, other partners or consultants may reach out to members for additional help. This helps the end user find a partner whom they can see actively participates and knows their stuff and it helps partners connect to potential new customers.
When you see "ZAN Support Partner" on public forums, these are partners providing expert advice on our network.
Everybody wins.
